From selecting the raw materials, creating recipes & formulations, to portioning & packaging, we can personalize everything to our clients’ tastes, wishes and needs.
We have our own in-house technicians for meat-based products and cooperate with the most renowned specialists in different areas across the food industry.
For each specific product we create, we choose exclusively local, family-run, mid-sized companies to produce them. Our producers are quality-certified by IFS and/or BRC and follow the highest standards in ethical and environmental behaviour.
Our focus lies in respecting and valuing the traditions of each regional product, while balancing this with a modern twist and achieving the most competitive and fair pricing for our customer-partners.
